Stuart founded Highgate in 2010 with a clear vision: build an IT services business that puts people first, and let that philosophy drive everything else. Fifteen years on, that founding principle remains the backbone of the company, reflected in Highgate's culture, its client relationships, and its consistent year-on-year growth from a standing start to over £31m in annual revenue in 2025.

As Managing Director, Stuart leads the strategic direction of the business, with a particular focus on the strength of Highgate's partner network, the quality of the client experience, and ensuring the company continues to evolve as a leading UK IT services provider.

Bob Sahota

Sales Director

Bob joined Highgate in 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience working with some of the UK's leading value-added resellers and IT services businesses. Since joining, he has played a central role in scaling Highgate's commercial operation through a period of significant growth – from £10m to over £31m in revenue.

Bob leads the sales team with a trusted advisor philosophy, focusing on long-term client relationships built on genuine understanding rather than transactional selling. His approach prioritises developing the team's capability alongside delivering results for clients.

Jenny Latimer

Operations Director

Jenny joined Highgate in 2021 and was promoted to Operations Director in 2024, having led the company's operations team, partner alliances, and marketing function through a sustained period of growth. She was named one of IT Channel Oxygen's 25 Influencers of the IT industry in October 2024.

Jenny leads Highgate's sustainability strategy as an Ambassador for Techies Go Green, and was recognised as a finalist in the BusinessGreen Leaders Awards for this work. She also mentors emerging talent in the IT channel through The Channel Community.

Paolo Rodia

Services Director

Paolo joined Highgate in March 2023 as Head of Services and was promoted to Services Director in September 2024. He brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, spanning technical engineering, managed and consultancy services, partner management, and corporate business development.

In his role at Highgate, Paolo oversees service delivery across the company's full portfolio – ensuring that the solutions clients invest in are implemented effectively, supported consistently, and aligned to their long-term business objectives.

Jennifer joined Highgate IT Solutions as Finance Director in February 2026, bringing over 15 years' experience within the IT sector. She leads Highgate's Finance function, with responsibility for financial strategy, governance and reporting, and partners with the wider leadership team to support informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Gary Whyte

Marketing Director

Gary joined Highgate in January 2026, bringing 20 years of marketing experience across both B2B and consumer sectors. He spent 15 years working for a cultural tour operator, where he held dual Marketing and IT Director responsibilities – a combination that gives him an informed, client-side perspective on what businesses genuinely need from a technology partner.

At Highgate, Gary leads the marketing function with a focus on building the infrastructure that connects brand to pipeline: from demand generation and content strategy, to the systems and processes that underpin consistent, measurable growth.
