Highgate have been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work Certified™ organisation.
The Great Place to Work Certification™ is a significant achievement, backed by validated and anonymous feedback from Highgate employees and collected through Great Place To Work®. As the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place To Work® utilises its rigorous, data-driven For All™ methodology.
This prestigious recognition is a testament to the commitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to thrive.
Some of the key highlights we have taken from our survey results were that 100% of employees believe everyone is treated fairly, regardless of their race, sexual orientation, gender and age. Plus, 95% of Highgate employees said they are proud to tell others that they work here, and 80% feel that their roles have a special meaning and is more than “just a job”.
Highgate’s Operations Director, Jenny Latimer commented “I am most proud that all Highgate employees believe they are treated fairly, regardless of their race, sexual orientation, gender or age. Over the last few years, we have strived to make Highgate a place where everyone can be the best version of themselves, regardless of background, and these stats show that we have achieved that.”
This certification highlights the success of the Highgate environment that not only supports, but also celebrates employee well-being, engagement, and professional development.
Services Director, Paolo Rodia said “As a member of our leadership team at Highgate, I’m incredibly proud of our employee survey results. Knowing that 100% of our team feels they are treated fairly, regardless of their background, speaks volumes to the strength of our inclusive culture.
Also, the fact that 80% of our employees feel their role holds special meaning shows that our work is more than just about business—for me, it’s all about well-being and ensuring that we achieve that work/life balance formula correctly.
Since becoming a 4-Day work week (4DW) business, this shift has significantly contributed to our overall work/life balance and well-being strategy”
Whilst we are extremely proud of this certification, for Highgate, this is just the beginning. We are committed to continually improving and evolving as an employer. The insights we have gained from feedback during the process of this certification motivates us to keep listening to employees, implementing innovative initiatives, and ensuring that Highgate remains a Great Place to Work for our team.
We also want to say a heartfelt thank you to the whole Highgate team. Without the dedication, passion and honest feedback of our employees, this milestone wouldn’t have been possible.
We are looking forward to many more years of growth, success and achievements!
