Highgate enjoyed a truly special evening at this year’s CRN Women & Diversity in Channel Awards 2025, taking home not one, but two prestigious awards, ‘Best Place to Work’ and the ‘Health & Wellbeing Recognition Award.’
To say we’re thrilled is an understatement. These awards mean the world to us as we don’t just talk about inclusion; we live it.
Now in their eighth year, the CRN Women & Diversity in Channel Awards celebrate the people and organisations driving real, positive change across the technology industry. The event, held at the stunning venue ‘The Brewery’ in London, was a glamorous night dedicated to honouring those making diversity and inclusion a business priority.
While the tech industry has made progress in addressing gender imbalance and underrepresentation, there’s still much to be done. That’s why these awards are so important, they shine a spotlight on the individuals and organisations who are not only tackling these challenges but leading the way for others to follow.
Best Place to Work - This award recognises organisations with a strong record of nurturing diverse talent across gender, ethnicity, sexuality, and cultural background. Highgate was celebrated for creating a workplace where everyone can grow, lead, and be heard, with meaningful representation across all levels of the business.
Health & Wellbeing Recognition Award - This accolade honours organisations that place the health and wellbeing of their staff at the forefront. At Highgate, wellbeing isn’t an add-on, it’s built into how we work. From flexible working structures to mental health support, we make sure our people feel valued, supported, and empowered.
We were also proud to see several of our team members named as finalists in four individual categories, showcasing the incredible talent and dedication across our business.
Our culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and work-life balance is made possible through initiatives that have real impact:
We’re also proud to hold accreditations that reinforce our commitment to people-first practices:
Operations Director, Jenny says:
“I am unbelievably proud of Highgate’s awards! We have worked hard to build a company that puts their employees first, creating a safe, supportive environment where employees can be the best version of themselves. And, to now get wider recognition for our achievements is very rewarding. However, there is always more that can be done, and we will continue with our employee initiatives, leading with them in mind, and not become complacent.”
These awards are reminders of why we do what we do. We’re proud to be recognised for building a workplace that puts people first, and we’ll continue to drive forward with initiatives that empower every member of our team to succeed.
