To compile this list, Great Place To Work® analysed anonymous survey responses from women employees, evaluating their daily experiences, the strength of company values, and the effectiveness of leadership. These insights were used to benchmark our actual culture against our stated employee value proposition, only the highest-scoring organisations earned a spot.
