We’re especially proud that 43% of our leadership team are women, well above the tech industry average. This progress is supported by structured career progression plans, clear training pathways, regular contracted pay reviews, and a stigma-free approach to compensation conversations, all designed to support equity and avoid gender pay gaps.

Health, wellbeing, and work–life balance is core to our culture. Initiatives like our four-day work week and enhanced maternity and paternity policies reflect our commitment to supporting all team members, and the women who shape our success.

To compile this list, Great Place To Work® analysed anonymous survey responses from women employees, evaluating their daily experiences, the strength of company values, and the effectiveness of leadership. These insights were used to benchmark our actual culture against our stated employee value proposition, only the highest-scoring organisations earned a spot.
