Connectivity services for UK businesses
SD-WAN, unified communications and networking that keeps every site, every user and every cloud platform connected – without legacy MPLS contracts holding you back.
The connectivity problems we typically fix
Legacy MPLS is expensive and inflexible. Long contracts, slow change, and pricing that no longer matches the way hybrid teams work.
Disconnected sites create silos. Poor connectivity between offices, remote workers and cloud applications quietly fragments how the business operates.
Outdated phone systems hold teams back. Desk phones and ageing PBX hardware do not support how people actually work today.
Unreliable performance shows up in productivity. Patchy connectivity is rarely seen as an IT problem until it has cost you hours of dropped meetings and frustrated users.
Our approach to connectivity
We design, deploy and run networks built for how distributed teams work today, not how telecoms contracts were written ten years ago:
– SD-WAN for fast, secure, cost-effective site-to-site and cloud connectivit.
– Unified communications with Microsoft Teams, Zoom or hosted VoIP, so users have one platform for calls, video and messaging.
– Wireless networking sized for capacity, coverage and security in offices, warehouses and campuses.
– Network audits that surface the bottlenecks and plan capacity for the next stage of the business.
Our connectivity services
SD-WAN assessment & deployment
Replace MPLS with agile, cost-effective connectivity, designed for your sites and traffic profile.
Unified communications (UCaaS)
Modern phone systems integrated with Microsoft Teams, or standalone hosted VoIP.
SIP to Teams migration
Modernise your telephony into Microsoft Teams calling, with number porting handled end-to-end.
Wireless networking
Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi for offices, warehouses and campuses.
Network audits
Assess performance, security and capacity to plan upgrades.
Data connections & mobile
Reliable broadband, leased lines and mobile services for the business.
Sectors we work with
Connectivity services for every sector. Three of the industries where the network is the business:
Depots, distribution centres and vehicles in the field all depend on connectivity that is fast, reliable and consistent. We help transportation and logistics businesses build network infrastructure that keeps every part of the operation connected, with the resilience to maintain performance when individual links come under pressure.
Multi-site retailers depend on connectivity that is consistent across every location, from head office to shop floor. We help retailers replace costly legacy network contracts with SD-WAN that performs reliably across every site and scales quickly when new locations open.
Creative agencies and media businesses move large files, collaborate in real time, and depend on connectivity that keeps pace with the work. We help media and creative businesses build high-performance networks that support the bandwidth demands of modern production environments, without the bottlenecks that slow teams down.

Connectivity services: frequently asked questions
What's the difference between SD-WAN and MPLS?
MPLS is a private, dedicated network technology that delivers reliable, predictable performance, but at significant cost, with long contract terms and limited flexibility. SD-WAN achieves similar or better performance by intelligently routing traffic across multiple connection types, including broadband and 4G/5G, at a fraction of the price. For businesses with multiple sites or a distributed workforce, SD-WAN typically delivers faster speeds, lower costs, and far greater agility – without being locked into a single carrier or a rigid infrastructure.
Can we keep our existing phone numbers when we move to UCaaS?
Yes. Number porting is a standard part of any UCaaS migration, and in the vast majority of cases your existing numbers transfer across without interruption. We manage the porting process end-to-end, co-ordinating with your current provider so there is no gap in service. Business-critical numbers (main lines, published DDIs) are flagged early and treated as a priority in the migration plan.
How do you keep the network secure?
Security is designed in from the start, not added afterwards. That means segmentation to limit the blast radius if something is compromised, encrypted traffic across all SD-WAN connections, firewall and intrusion detection at every edge, and access controls that ensure users and devices can only reach what they need to. For businesses with remote workers, zero trust principles govern how devices connect to the network regardless of location. We also conduct network audits for existing clients to identify configuration drift and emerging vulnerabilities before they become incidents.
What's involved in migrating to Microsoft Teams calling?
Four main stages: assessing your current telephony setup and call volumes, porting your existing numbers, configuring Teams Phone to match your call routing and auto-attendant requirements, and training your team on the new experience. The technical migration is straightforward for most businesses; the part that takes most care is replicating the nuances of your existing call flows so nothing is lost in the move. We handle the end-to-end process and do not hand it over to your team until everything is working as it should.
Does connectivity affect how well our workplace technology performs?
Yes. Even the best devices and collaboration platforms underperform on a poor network. If you are rolling out modern workplace technology – Microsoft 365, cloud desktops, hybrid working tools – the quality of your connectivity underpins everything. See our workplace technology services for detail.
