Highgate has officially been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2025 by Great Place To Work®!
The award was presented at the prestigious UK’s Best Workplaces™ awards night at Grosvenor House in London, an event widely considered the ‘gold standard’ of employer recognition. This means Highgate has been independently assessed and recognised for having a fantastic workplace culture built on trust, inclusion, and innovation – and we couldn’t be prouder!

The UK’s Best Workplaces™ list, was compiled by Great Place To Work® after analysing confidential employee survey feedback on everything from trust and company values, to leadership, innovation and professional growth opportunities. Only companies that scored highest on these factors earned a place on the list, so this award is truly a reflection of what our team, think about working at Highgate.
