Suppliers are appointed to the framework through a full competitive tender, evaluated on cost, quality, and service.
Unlike the certifications above, this is a procurement route rather than an audited standard. If you buy for a public sector organisation, it means you can purchase hardware, software, and IT services from Highgate directly through the framework, with the compliance work already done.
