We are excited to announce Highgate’s very own Operations Director, Jenny Latimer, has been named one of the “25 Influencers of the IT Industry” by IT Channel Oxygen, in collaboration with Nebula Global Services. This honour celebrates her exceptional contributions to Highgate, the IT sector, and the wider channel community.
The Oxygen Influencers initiative is more than just a list—it’s a celebration of passion and talent in the IT industry. Candidates are nominated by respected industry peers who have witnessed their positive influence on both their organisations and the broader channel community. The initiative brings together professionals making waves from outside the boardroom—individuals whose contributions are shaping the future of our industry.
Jenny was highlighted for her rapid rise within the IT channel, recently named Operations Director at Highgate despite only “falling into” the channel nine years ago. In the report, Jenny discusses her career journey and personal experiences within the IT channel, along with her proudest achievements, including Highgate’s recent “Great Place to Work” certification:
“100% of our employees voted that they believe they are treated fairly, regardless of their race, sexual orientation, gender, and age. Over the last three years, the senior leadership team has strived to make Highgate an inclusive workplace, one where our employees can thrive, develop, and be the best and most authentic version of themselves, regardless of background. To hear that we’ve achieved this made me immensely proud.”
