Last week, we marked an incredible milestone: 15 years of Highgate. We celebrated with a full company day at Sedgebrook Hall, followed by an unforgettable summer party at the VO Polo Club, the perfect way to honour how far we’ve come and the people who’ve helped shape our journey.
As a remote-first company, our ‘office days’ are a valued chance for the whole team to come together and enjoy the rare experience of being in the same room. These days allow us to connect in person, strengthen relationships, welcome new starters, and meet some of our key partners face-to-face.
But the real celebration kicked off in the evening. We let our hair down with live music, lawn games, dancing, BBQ food, cocktails, and an incredible surprise fire show by our very own Alex Ivanov. It was an incredible way to reflect on everything we've achieved together.
Fifteen years is no small feat. It’s a moment to reflect on the incredible path we’ve travelled, from being founded by Stuart Marginson in 2010, to bold steps like launching our 4-day working week, and being honoured as CRN Reseller of the Year.
But this isn’t the finish line. With a growing team of over 50 people and strong year-on-year revenue growth, the future is looking brighter than ever for Highgate. We’re excited to see what the next 15 years will bring and how the IT landscape will evolve along the way.
