We’re delighted to share that Highgate has once again been recognised at the Great Place to Work awards ceremony, held on 12th March 2026. This latest recognition – fourth in the medium-sized organisation category – reflects the dedication and values of every person across our business, and we couldn’t be prouder.
The Great Place to Work programme is one of the most respected benchmarks for workplace culture in the UK. Organisations are assessed through rigorous employee surveys and a review of workplace practices, meaning that recognition here isn’t just an accolade – it’s a direct reflection of the experience of the people who work here every day.
This year’s result builds on a strong track record. In 2025, Highgate achieved Great Place to Work certification and was named in four national lists: UK’s Best Workplaces, UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing, UK’s Best Workplaces for Women, and UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech. We also held Great Place to Work certification in 2024. Continued recognition in 2026 means we’re not just maintaining these standards, we’re embedding them as a genuine part of who we are.
For our clients, this recognition is a signal that you’re working with a team that is motivated, supported, and invested in what they do. Great outcomes for clients start with great people, and great people thrive in a culture that genuinely looks after them.
For anyone considering a career at Highgate, these awards reflect a promise: this is a place where your wellbeing matters, where you can grow, and where you’ll find a team as committed to each other as they are to the work.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to our brilliant team, this recognition belongs to all of you. We look forward to continuing to build something we’re all proud of.

'This recognition is something we're incredibly proud of, but it's not something we take for granted. Our people are at the heart of everything we do at Highgate IT, and continuing to earn this accreditation year on year tells us we're on the right track.'
